The Fireworks goal explosion can be obtained in all colors. It only has a blueprint for the default variant. Painted colors do not have a blueprint.

How to get the Fireworks Goal Explosion in Rocket League
As mentioned in the pricing category, blueprints are only available for the default and not for any painted colors. The default blueprint costs 2,000 credits to craft.
Other ways to get this black market goal explosion are to wait for it to appear in the daily item shop, buy it directly on third party sites (Aoeah are trustable), or trade with a player who has your desired Fireworks color.
