This Minecraft Immersed with Shaders modpack has been installed by over 2.9 million players. Don’t miss out on enhancing your Minecraft experience through improved sounds, visuals, FPS, and much more!
1. Jarfix
The very first step is to install Jarfix. Even if you have installed it in the past, I recommend re-installing the latest version. Without Jarfix, or with an outdated version of Jarfix, any downloaded MC mods, texture packs, and maps will not launch successfully.
This button link is for Windows users only. If you use a different system, search on Google for ‘Java (whichever system you use)’.
2. Fabric
Fabric is a crucial installation for the Immersed with Shaders modpack to run.
Make sure you install the Windows mod version.
Once you have clicked the ‘Download Fabric’ button above, click ‘Download for Windows’ on the Fabric installation page.
3. Fabric API
Fabric API is another important mod for this shader pack to run. Once installed, move the Fabric API folder into your Minecraft folder.
4. Immersed with Shaders Modpack
Click the button above which takes you through to the Immersed with Shaders modpack installation page. Click on ‘Files’ and then click the 3 dots to the right of a 1.21.9 version that shows Fabric as its Mod loader. Then select Download File.
5. Minecraft Mods Folder
You have now installed Immersed with Shaders, but we need to move it into our Minecraft Mods folder. To locate our mods folder, type %appdata% into your Windows search bar. Then select your Roaming Folder, then your Minecraft Folder, then Mods. Keep this folder open whilst opening your downloads folder. Then drag and drop, or copy and paste the Immersed with Shaders modpack download into your Minecraft Mods folder.
6. Launching MC
Once you have followed these 4 steps, you’re ready to go. Open up your Minecraft Launcher and launch Fabric 1.21.9. You may need to create a new installation, but usually, Fabric will appear in your installations when you relaunch Minecraft.
