How long will it take to receive my items?
Our average delivery time is within a few hours from the moment you purchase to when the item is in your inventory. We’re mainly based in the UK so please expect a longer delivery time if purchasing outside our time zone. To speed up our delivery time, please leave your steam URL or friend code when checking out or leave it in the live chat along with your order number. Failing to do so will delay the process of you receiving your desired items.
How do I receive my items?
Once you’ve left your steam URL or friend code at checkout or in the live chat, we will send you a friend request on steam as soon as possible and then trade you the items in-game.
Can I change the price to my currency?
Yes, you can adjust the price to GBP, USD, or EUR by clicking on your currency on the right.
Do I have to give my account details?
No, your personal account details are not required when purchasing items from us. However, make sure to leave your Steam URL or friend code with us and watch out for a random friend request on steam in order for us to trade
Do you sell painted items?
Yes! Just select the ‘colour’ drop-down menu and select the painted version you want. However, some items are only available in their default version.
